Interior
~
Saint Margaret's Parish Church was where the Bute family worshipped. Inside is an opulent mausoleum. The family crypt, modelled on the Tzar of Russia's family crypt, is made from pink granite. It houses tombs of nine members of the Bute family, including the First Marquess and his wives. Saint Margaret's Church is a Grade 1 listed building and takes part in the CADW supported European Heritage Weekend.

Altar
~
The church is beautifully decorated reflecting the wealth of the Bute family. Above the altar the reredos shows Christ and the Twelve Apostles designed by Ninian Comper. Each Apostle is depicted with the instruments of their martyrdom.
