Pond Assessmant
~
The pond was assessed for different habitat types and sample taking was split between these with a total sweep time of three minutes. The samples were put into trays for manual sorting and identification of animals.

Findings
~
During the assessment it became apparent that there were submerged logs and an amount of Blanket Weed Cladophora spp. which didn't help with sample taking. We found four Palmate Newts and Newt larva, a Caddis Fly larva, Flat Worms, Leeches and other invertbrates.
